Dalkeith Country Park and Restoration Yard

Project Director for the conservation, redevelopment and subsequent commercial operations at Dalkeith Country Park’s Grade A listed stable-yard and surrounding infrastructure. The project includes a bespoke ‘adventure playground’ in addition to retail, events and restaurant facilities, to form an internationally applauded tourism, retail and hospitality destination, drawing over 300,000 visitors a year.

This project initiated Buccleuch’s long-term development vision for the Estate and is now recognised as one of the South of Scotland’s leading visitor attractions.
