James launched Terra Nova Scotland in 2020 seeing an opportunity to bring fresh, future thinking to development consultancy. The focus is on creating value through ideas, strategy and relationships, taking a traditional service and growing the areas that distinguish the exceptional from the standard.

From previous positions as land and property developer with Buccleuch Property, and partner with international property consultant, Cushman & Wakefield, we are specialists in planning, designing and delivering development projects.

Our work tirelessly promotes creativity over conflict and opportunity over constraint.
